Finally, whatever is true,
what ever is honorable,
what ever is just,
what ever is pure,
what ever is lovely,
what ever is gracious
if there is any excellence
and if there is anything worthy of praise

I'm not well-versed enough to quote the bible.
But I came across this passage today when I was in anything but a clear state of mind.
I think it's beautiful.
And a great reminder too.
