You make me sick

Rielle Hunter, former mistress of John Edwards. Nice job with your tell-all in GQ magazine. You really showed your class by going after his cancer-stricken wife of over 2 decades. The mother of four of his five children.

While I agree with you that there is a problem in a marriage that would lead someone to stray. I do think you need to take some resposnibility. You knew he was married and you decided not to care about that, so Yes you are a homewrecker. You let him and yourself lie about it for four years. You let that whole debacle of the aid claiming paternity unfold. You had to know with all the secrets and the sneaking, and the elaborate stories that there was something wrong in your relationship. You talk about a grown man who was in charge of creating law for this country being scared of the wrath of Elizabeth. Puuhhhhhllllleeeeaaaaze. Pleace some blame where it belongs squarely on his cowardly, lying, shoulders.

Oh yeah and be careful Rielle what someone will do with you, they will do to you. By the tone of this interview seems like you have drinken the punch.

Not Loving....

This trend of patterned tights. I don't like the lace/flowery ones. I think they look like something one a "tart" (as my grnadma would call them) would wear. In theory I have no problem with pattern tights, when it is stripes, or zigzags, or checks. By these I decidedly do NOT like.

PS: Now that I have declared that look to see me in a pair in the next month.

Pretty, pretty please

Not much to say today.
With the gray rain outside -
I just kind of want to see something pretty.
Here are a few of my fav's today.

These dresses feel very Heidi Merrick, non?
Here are a couple things from her Spring 2010 line.
Love it.

I'll take the dress above and the top below.

My friends and I have been discussing weddings alot lately.
A very important one is right around the corner.
In that spirit these made me smile.

Is it jut me or has headware been making a big comeback, lately?
From the headbands to barrets and now hats.
My hair never works that well with all the accessories.
But if it did.
I would want to rock these.
Without a doubt.

Happy Weekend!!
Go ahead, stick a flower on your head.
I know you want to.

Pro's and Con's

I have been working out in the morning this week. I usually don't like it, because I am a sleepaholic. But this week I have been able to sleep till 6, then hit the gym and make it to work by 8:30 so it hasn't seemed so bad. I am trying to decide if this is a permanent change to make. I thought I Pro and Con list was totally in order for that.

Pro's
I get it out of the way. There is no chance for me not to work out because something came up, or I had a bad day, or I worked late.

I am not really a morning person so by the time I work out and get to work I am over not wanting people to talk to me.

You never have to wait for a machine.

The people who are at the gym in the morning are dedicated and in shape. It makes me strive for one more rep.

There are a lot of people working out with personal trainers so you can get ideas for new moves.

Cons
The people who are at the gym in the morning are dedicated and in shape. It makes me feel inferior, and flabby, and like I really need to step up my workout wardrobe.

There are NO cute boys. I always have a gym crush and there just aren't any there from 6:30-7:30am.

No classes. Eventhough I haven't taken one in a while, the option is there for me to jump in on one in the evenings.

I have to really think ahead the night before to make sure I pack/bring everything I will need for the next day.

I end up carrying around alot of stuff.

It's not great being naked in public. And I am kind of a naked person.

I have re-emerged!
First day that I feel human again.
I also have my voice back.
Playing catch up today - but I will post tommorrow.

Until then -
Enjoy the fact that Spring is ALMOST here.
I feel like it is here -
but I also feel like thinking that might jinx it.
I don't want to jinx it.
I really don't want to jinx it.

Here's to hoping I didn't just jinx it.

Is It Summer Yet?

Being in Cabo a week and a half ago was sooo nice. It totally made me ready for summer. I know it doesn't seem like it but I am actually rocking a stellar tan in that photo.

Sorry

Been really busy. Started my new job this week. Haven't had time to post. I am a creature who thrives on habit, and routine. So needless to say I am learning a new routine. It's throwing me off just a smidge, this blog is the part I am letting slack. So sorry, don't mean to.
